This green smoothie is quick, easy, and packed with nutrients. Made with spinach, pineapple, banana, and mango, it’s naturally sweet, creamy, and refreshing. Perfect for breakfast, post-workout energy, or a healthy snack.
Add the spinach to a blender, pour in the water (or coconut water), and blend until the spinach is completely pureed into a liquid.
Put in the pineapple chunks, sliced banana, kiwi, and diced mango.
Blend again until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately for the best flavor, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Not a fan of bananas? I can’t digest them raw either. I often swap the banana for ½ an avocado, or simply skip it and add more mango to keep the smoothie thick and creamy.
No added sugar needed — stick to naturally sweet fruits like apple, pear, banana, or mango.
This smoothie can be made the night before and stored in the fridge. Just give it a quick stir before drinking.
