Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160 C (325 F), and mix the flour, salt, yeast, and baking soda.
Beat the sugar and butter until creamy. Add the eggs one by one (the first egg must be well incorporated before adding the second).
Add the mashed bananas, nuts, and milk and beat until incorporated.
Add the flour mixture and mix well.
Pour the dough into a buttered and floured loaf pan. Cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
Leave to cool for 20 minutes before removing from the mold.
