  • 2 cup flour : I’m using all-purpose flour for quick breads such as banana bread

Tips for the Best Banana Bread

Use Overripe Bananas : The riper, the better! Overripe bananas add natural sweetness and moisture.

Don’t Overmix : Stir just until combined to keep the bread light and tender.

Add Mix-ins : Try chocolate chips, dried fruit, or shredded coconut for a twist.

Enhance with Spices : A teaspoon of cinnamon or nutmeg can deepen the flavor.

Let it Cool : One of the best ways to achieve clean slices of bread is to allow it to cool before slicing. This allows the bread to ‘set’ and thus have a cleaner slice.
